Vanessa Grasse is the founder of Core of Grace, a mindful movement practice devoted to helping women connect, heal and express themselves through breath and embodied movement. With over 20 years of study and certifications across multiple fitness and movement modalities, Vanessa weaves together the grounding mindfulness of Yoga, the strength and confidence-building benefits of Pilates, and the expressive feminine power of Bellydance.
Her teaching embraces a softer, more intuitive approach to strength - one that honors awareness, grace, and connection over perfection. Vanessa is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies while cultivating freedom, elegrance, and joy through movement.

After many years immersed in the fitness and movement world, Vanessa created Core of Grace as a reflection of a deeper truth: strength does not have to be harsh or rigid. True strength can be fluid, intuitive , and graceful.
